INSTRUCTOR
Walk The Nordic Way is based on the Isle of Wight.
I, Sue Whitmarsh trained with Nordic Walking UK in 2013 while living in Dorset and had several years teaching and planning walks in the North Dorset area.
I set up again on my return to the Island in 2018.
During the summer months I put Nordic Walking classes on hold as I get busy with my art business, although I swim regularly in the sea and am very active, my fitness level definitely drops and I am keen to get back to Nordic Walking in the autumn.
To see and hear how much my clients enjoy the fitness walks is such a reward.
We are amazed at how quickly, walking ability and fitness improves in just a few weeks.
I always look forward to meeting new walkers.
I am qualified and insured.
And keep up to date with online first aid courses.
I have walked around the Island for the last 3 years. (We do ot over 4 days, approx 18 miles per day) with my friend Caroline who raises money for Parkinsons.
Using the poles make it much easier!
