TUESDAY DETAILS

Beginners 10.30 – 11.30 a.m
Mainly situated at the recreation ground but with some shorter walks at a gentler pace around the village.
THURSDAY DETAILS
Advance walkers 9 -10 a.m
Walks start at Seagrove Pavillion Recreation ground in Seaview and there are many lovely walks.
We will walk to the Duver in St Helens, Priory Bay, Seagrove, Puckpool and Nettlesstone.
BOOKING ESSENTIAL
You can use up your block payment on either group.
So if you miss a walk, you can make it up on the other day.

If you are not familiar with the Nordic Walking technique, please join the beginners group.
You may then stay with beginners for a while or be moved up to advance to ensure you get the most out of the sessions.
Exercise is good for us but sometimes it feels like effort. That's why paying for a block of six walks is a good idea. I will be there every week with a smile to help you improve your fitness, perfect your technique and ensure you have an enjoyable walk
